This just reconfirms what I learned from local experts years ago; it's all pretty confusing and you cannot rely on the numbers. I give them little attention and focus on using less plastic as that is way easier than recycling properly.

It's makes me think about what is really necessary and what isn't. I will try harder to eliminate what I need and don't need.

I have a utensil container than is compact and stays in my bag that I bring with me! I opted for compact and lightweight materials that don't feel like a burden to carry. It can be difficult to remember to repack the container in my bag when I wash the utensils, but I leave the clean items next to my bag to remember to pack everything together...

Bring a reusable cup or bottle everywhere i go, has become important. I always keep one in my car. Instead of buying a plastic bottle i can just grab that find a refill station
