I think just taking good care of things helps you use them longer. I recently learned how to sharpen knives.

I have these resuable cotton pads that I use and I gifted some to my friend.

i have to bring my recyclables to a recycling center to be recycled - it defintiely makes the motivation to recycle low.

It was very difficult to have a plastic free meal - it has been integrated so heavily to transport things.

I keep two reusable bags in my purse at all times, and I always have a reusable water bottle with me, which I try to fill up before I leave the house. I normally only end up using plastic bags or water bottles when I end up going shopping unexpectedly and buy more than fits in those two bags, or if it's super hot out and I can't refill my bottle.
